While taking the test, we ask that you practice the "thinking aloud" usability method.
What this means is describing what you are thinking, feeling, or doing while proceeding through the process.
Some examples of sentences include:
The reason we use your smartphone to record your voice is to get a good recording of these observations you make during the process.
The video recording is to gain insight between your cognitive process–what you say, and how you think that translates to action.
It may feel strange to speak your thoughts out loud if no one is in the room with you. This phenomena in software engineering is called the rubber duck method, where the process of vocalizing your thoughts helps to solve problems that you are stuck on. A rubber duck stands in place of a person to "hear us out". So, don't hesitate to direct your thoughts to an object or pet to feel more comfortable.
Please note: Once you have submitted your application, you should only complete the exam if you have received an invitation email from easee to participate. If you complete the exam without an invitation email, you are not entitled to the payment or prescription validation.
